Every staff member, volunteer, counselor, and leader undergoes thorough screening, including background checks, reference verification, and training in approved Child Protection and Abuse Prevention protocols before serving with our youth.

Lakeview works closely with local emergency management agencies, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners to maintain comprehensive emergency preparedness and response plans. We regularly review and update our Emergency Action Plan (EAP) to address a wide range of potential situations and ensure the safety of all participants.

We also value strong partnerships with churches, camps, schools, and community organizations, recognizing that caring for children and families is a shared responsibility. Through collaboration, communication, and faith-based leadership, we strive to provide an environment where every child feels safe, supported, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
